PSC is also about movement. It’s about walking, running, swimming, jumping off rocks, swinging a racquet. Take the train, take a drive, take a ride. PSC is equally about rest. Lay down, meander, stare at a wall, daydream, read a book. PSC is about enjoyment. My workouts are created out of my personal need to move. To feel leaner, longer and more expansive. I teach intuitively how I want to feel. I consider the moves to be athletic movement designed to make you enjoy moving, with or without me.
